Last night as Marvelous (marvie) the foster cat gave birth to four beautiful and healthy kittens my own tiny baby griggypig escaped into the night. She often plays out in the garden and showed no signs of being weird enough not to let out so out she went with the others and played. Next time I looked for her for a stroke... she had gone - Almost 24hours later I still can't find her and we have tried everything.

My favourite theory so far is that she is "calling" or In-heat whatever you want to call it and thus has gone off to find a huge crowd of sexy husky men cats for a 3 day gangbang!! Not that I want my precious little girl gangbanged you understand but just that THAT way she will come back to me soon and won't be lying frightened, cold and hungry in a hole somewhere or hit by a car and then left.

I don't want you to comment if you're going to say:

"she's only a cat get over it"

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I can understand how people may think that but I live with my cats everyday they bring me great pleasure and while I don't consider them human I DO consider them family!!

Poor poor Ziggy she's so small and so stupid and I am soo worried about her!!

Dave has hardly purred at ALL since he realised she was gone - he is so quiet and down and it breaks my heart every time I look at him.

I realise this is pathetic but hey.. I LOVE her she's MY cat and I WANT HER BACK!!!

It's so sad that the other kittens were born at the same time as this because now - although I am so happy and pleased with how it all went I feel like I'm being mean to ziggy to let anyone get excited about them until she's home.
